Mad Monkey AI – In-App Virtual Cash & Optional Blockchain Reward Policy

1. Monkey Cash Are Not Cryptocurrency
Monkey Cash are virtual, non-monetary in-app points issued by Mad Monkey AI LLC.
They:

• have no cash value,
• are not cryptocurrency,
• are not redeemable for money,
• cannot be transferred, traded, bought, or sold, and
• are used only within the Mad Monkey AI app for in-app features (creator boosts, badges, stickers, engagement rewards, etc.).

Monkey Cash exist solely as loyalty and engagement points for users inside the app.

2. No Earning of Cryptocurrency Within the App
Mad Monkey AI does not allow users to earn or receive cryptocurrency or digital assets directly inside the app.
The app does not include any mechanisms to mine, stake, or generate cryptocurrency.

3. Optional External Reward Programs (Separate Entity)

Users aged 18 and older may, at their sole discretion and outside the Mad Monkey AI app, choose to participate in separate reward programs operated exclusively by Mad Monkey Labs Inc., a legally independent entity from Mad Monkey AI LLC.

• Participation requires completing identity verification (KYC/AML) directly with Mad Monkey Labs Inc.
• Any potential blockchain-based rewards are distributed entirely outside the app and are not facilitated, endorsed, or controlled by Mad Monkey AI LLC.
• Neither Apple Inc. nor Google LLC is involved in, responsible for, or endorses any activities conducted by Mad Monkey Labs Inc.

Apple is not involved in, nor responsible for, these external redemption programs.

4. No Guaranteed Conversion Rate
Monkey Cash do not convert at a fixed rate to any token or digital asset.
Eligibility for redemption and the amount of any reward is determined solely by program rules set by Mad Monkey Labs Inc.

There is no promise, expectation, or guarantee that Monkey Cash will receive MMT tokens.

5. Legal Separation of Entities

• Mad Monkey AI LLC → operates the app, issues Monkey Cash, provides social and engagement features.
• Mad Monkey Labs Inc. → operates external blockchain services, including optional MMT token programs.

Apple is not responsible for and does not endorse any activity conducted by Mad Monkey Labs.

6. Compliance With Apple Policies
Mad Monkey AI complies fully with:

• App Store Review Guidelines 3.1.5 (cryptocurrency and wallets),
• Apple policies on in-app purchases,
• Virtual Currency rules prohibiting cash-out features.

All Monkey Cash features inside the app remain fully within Apple’s permitted virtual currency guidelines.

7. User Responsibility

 Participation in any external programs offered by Mad Monkey Labs Inc. is entirely voluntary and at the user’s own risk. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, including tax obligations related to any external rewards they may receive. Mad Monkey AI LLC provides no financial, investment, or tax advice.

Mad Monkey Cash – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Monkey Cashs

Monkey Cash are virtual, non-monetary engagement points issued by Mad Monkey AI LLC for use exclusively within the Mad Monkey AI application.
Monkey Cash:

• are not cryptocurrency or blockchain assets;
• have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money;
• cannot be bought, sold, traded, or transferred between users;
• exist solely to unlock in-app engagement features such as boosts, badges, and user rewards.

Monkey Cash remain entirely inside the app ecosystem and do not extend to any off-app financial system.

2. No Cryptocurrency Activity Within the App

In compliance with Google Play policies, the Mad Monkey AI application does not allow:

• earning or receiving cryptocurrency within the app;
• converting virtual Cash into cryptocurrency inside the app;
• trading or exchanging digital assets within the app;
• accessing blockchain wallets or performing blockchain transactions directly within the app.

Monkey Cash do not represent any form of digital asset or token.

3. Optional External Redemption Through Mad Monkey Labs Inc.

Users may be eligible for external reward programs operated independently by Mad Monkey Labs Inc., a separate legal entity from Mad Monkey AI LLC.

These programs are completely outside the Google Play app, and participation requires:

• successful completion of identity verification (KYC/AML) with Mad Monkey Labs Inc.;
• accessing external websites or services not hosted within the Mad Monkey AI application.

Any blockchain-based rewards, including MMT tokens, are distributed outside the app and are not processed through Google Play or the app’s internal systems.

4. No Guaranteed Conversion or Exchange Value

Monkey Cash do not automatically convert to MMT tokens or any digital asset.
There is no fixed exchange rate, and redemption availability is not guaranteed.

Mad Monkey Labs Inc. determines eligibility, redemption amounts, and program rules at its sole discretion.

Google Play is not involved in any external reward or token distribution.

5. Legal Separation of Entities

To maintain compliance and protect users:

• Mad Monkey AI LLC
• Issues Mad Monkey Cash
• Provides in-app features
• Does not engage in token issuance
• Mad Monkey Labs Inc.
• Operates blockchain programs
• Handles optional reward events outside the app
• Performs all KYC/AML verification independently

This separation ensures Monkey Cash remain a non-financial in-app feature.

6. Compliance With Google Play Policies

This policy complies with:

Mad Monkey AI does not facilitate crypto trading, wallet services, token swaps, or digital asset exchanges inside the app.

7. Modifications to the Program

Mad Monkey AI LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Monkey Cash program at any time.
Mad Monkey Labs Inc. may modify or discontinue its external blockchain reward programs independently.
