1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mad Monkey AI, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local laws) to create an account.
• Users under 18 years old must have parental consent to use the app.

3. User Conduct & Content

• Users may share reels, pictures, and chat with others but must not post harmful, illegal, or explicit content.
• Hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Mad Monkey AI a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the app.

4. Reward System (Mad Monkey Cash - MMC)

• Users earn Mad Monkey Cash (MMC) through engagement activities such as participating in challenges, and referring friends.
• MMC is a virtual currency and can be used only within the Mad Monkey AI ecosystem for digital goods, discounts, and marketplace transactions.
• MMC is not real money, cannot be cashed out, and has no monetary value outside of the app.
• Mad Monkey AI reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the reward system at any time.

4. Partial Payments for Discounts

• Earned cash may be used to cover the percentage of a product or service’s discount:
  • For example, if a product is listed with a 20% discount, you may use the equivalent of 20% of the product's value from your earned cash in the Mad Monkey wallet. The remaining 80% of the payment must be made using a credit card, debit card, or any other available payment option within the app.
  • Similarly, if a product is offered at a 100% discount, you may use up to 100% of your earned cash in the digital wallet to purchase the product.

5. Prohibited Activities

• No spamming, fraud, or artificial engagement farming for earning rewards.
• No unauthorized transactions (selling or exchanging MMC for cash outside of the app is prohibited).
• No violating intellectual property rights of other users or companies.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
• Users who abuse the reward system, engage in fraud, or violate community rules may have their MMC balance removed and accounts banned.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Mad Monkey AI is not responsible for any loss, damage, or data breach resulting from user activity within the app.
• We do not guarantee the availability of rewards or specific features at all times.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time, and continued use of the app constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
