2. Nature of the Platform

Mad Monkey AI is an intentional, non-addictive social platform designed to:

  • Reward positive engagement.
  • Support everyday entrepreneurship.
  • Connect users with real-world value and opportunities.

We are not a bank, payment institution, or investment platform.

3. Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4. Mad Monkey Cash (Rewards Program)
4.1 What is Mad Monkey Cash?
  • Mad Monkey Cash is an in-app reward unit issued by Mad Monkey AI.
  • It is not legal tender, not cryptocurrency, and not real money.
  • Mad Monkey Cash has no cash value outside the Platform.
4.2 How Mad Monkey Cash Can Be Used
  • Mad Monkey Cash may be used only within the Mad Monkey AI ecosystem for:
  • Discounts on eligible products or services in our marketplace.
  • Partial payment toward purchases (not 100% of product cost).
  • Feature upgrades or premium tools within the app.
  • Other in-app utilities introduced from time to time.
4.3 Restrictions
  • Mad Monkey Cash cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • It cannot be transferred outside the Platform.
  • Redemption rules, limits, and eligible categories may vary by region and merchant.
  • Unused Mad Monkey Cash may expire based on program rules.
4.4 Modification of Rewards

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust reward values.
  • Change earning or redemption rules.
  • Prevent misuse, fraud, or gaming of the system.
5. Waitlist & Early Access
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date.
  • Priority access may be influenced by referrals, engagement, or internal rollout decisions.
  • We may change early access criteria at any time.
6. Referrals
  • Referral benefits are subject to validation.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, bots, or manipulation may result in loss of rewards or account suspension.
  • Referral benefits are not guaranteed and may change.
7. Advertising & Sponsored Content
  • Mad Monkey AI may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional offers.
  • Some ads may include opt-in rewards or feedback opportunities.
  • Providing feedback does not guarantee compensation unless explicitly stated.
  • Advertisers are responsible for their products and claims, not Mad Monkey AI.
8. Entrepreneurship & Earnings Disclaimer
  • Any earnings, rewards, or opportunities shown are illustrative, not guaranteed.
  • Participation in programs such as Sales Entrepreneur (SE) or merchant onboarding is independent and performance-based.
  • Mad Monkey AI does not guarantee income, profit, or business success.
9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Platform.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.
  • Attempt to manipulate rewards, ads, or referrals.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
  • All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs belong to Mad Monkey AI or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms.
  • For fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
  • For prolonged inactivity.

Upon termination, rewards and access may be forfeited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mad Monkey AI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or availability of rewards.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mad Monkey AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Your use of the Platform is at your own risk
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • United States law for U.S. users.
  • Local applicable law for users in other countries, including India.
